Jeff Needham Jeff has 18 years of professional experience that can be roughly broken into three 6 year phases. The first phase was in operating systems and compiler development at a formerly famous hardware company. The 2nd phase consisted of performance related development on an RDBMS kernel at a currently famous database company. The third and current phase is with Scale Abilities, helping both large and small companies execute most aspects of their ambitious database or video broadcasting projects.
